Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, establishing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific concerns of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health care professionals to guarantee coordinated and holistic approaches in our clients’ care.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and guidance when necessary.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to foster mental health awareness and combat stigma in various population groups.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity required to effectively engage with diverse populations.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills, ensuring compliance with documentation and treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with a diverse, multicultural population in a community mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions remotely.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, we offer:
