Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, group, and family therapy sessions to effectively address a spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute emotional distress, applying your clinical judgment and empathy to navigate high-stress situations.

Qualifications

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong understanding of cultural competence, necessary for effectively working with a diverse range of clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings, demonstrating a commitment to serving low-income and underserved populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, allowing for seamless documentation and improved patient care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
