• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to assess and improve their mental health.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss their emotions and experiences, helping them gain insights into their lives and relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in setting and defining their personal mental health goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental conditions thoroughly, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize a solution-based approach aligned with your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as per state regulations, ensuring compliance while minimizing paperwork through our streamlined processes.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with diverse populations across various demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your services will significantly improve patient outcomes by equipping clients with coping strategies and fostering resilience through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state where you reside.
• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions should exist regarding your professional standing.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with an exceptional ability to evaluate, decide, and recommend appropriate treatment strategies.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and an overall comfort with technology.
