In the journey of your life, your career should make a difference.

At Inizio Evoke, we come together-to do the best work, in the best possible place. We're all in. Because it's everyone's role to make health more human.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the successful adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across Inizio Evoke.

You will sit at the heart of a high-impact transformation program, focused on helping people adopt new tools, behaviors, and ways of working. You'll help deliver change, enablement, and adoption activities across phased platform releases-translating strategy into practical, user-focused execution and measuring what matters.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on delivery, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is looking to grow their change management expertise within an AI-driven transformation.

This is a remote position that reports to the SVP, Operations.

What You'll Do

Drive Change & Adoption

  • Execute change and adoption activities with care for established strategies across AI platform releases
  • Develop practical, workflow-level materials that support day-to-day usage
  • Identify change impacts and proactively propose solutions to address adoption challenges
  • Coordinate activities across releases to ensure effective sequencing and minimize change fatigue

Support Stakeholders

  • Prepare materials, coordinate engagement activities, and track stakeholder engagement
  • Equip champions and business leads with tools to drive confidence and adoption
  • Develop coaching materials, toolkits, and messaging that reinforce desired behaviors
  • Partner with leadership and internal teams to amplify key communications

Deliver Communications & Enablement

  • Create clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences
  • Partner with Product and Learning teams to deliver effective enablement experiences
  • Support delivery of training and communications, including follow-up and effectiveness tracking
  • Maintain and evolve toolkits, FAQs, and supporting resources

Track Adoption & Improve Outcomes

  • Monitor adoption metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback and readiness signals
  • Support feedback loops across testing, training, and post-launch activities
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen adoption and embed new ways of working

Coordinate & Deliver

  • Support planning and execution of change and enablement activities end-to-end
  • Track timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and communicate progress clearly

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in change management, transformation, L&D, or a related field
  • Experience supporting technology or digital platform adoption projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve defined plans
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, communications, or L&D teams

Skills

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology programs
  • Familiarity with digital workplace and productivity tools such as Smartsheet or Asana

Work Environment & Benefits
