Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Remote (Eastern Time Hours) | Preference for Ohio-Based Candidates
Compensation: $72/hr. - $75/hr.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support enterprise AI enablement initiatives in a remote capacity, with a preference for candidates based in Ohio and the expectation to work Eastern Time hours. This role is ideal for an experienced change leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys influencing organizational transformation, and is passionate about helping employees successfully adopt new technologies. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, project teams, and the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to drive sustainable adoption of AI solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and change management best practices. The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness activities, and measuring adoption success. Experience in healthcare environments and expertise in AI adoption or transformation initiatives are highly valued. Prosci® Change Management Certification is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to provide change management expertise and thought leadership for enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and deliverables to support AI solution implementation, scaling, and enhancement.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement activities to prepare leaders, managers, and employees for successful adoption of new AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management COE resources to establish and maintain consistent AI adoption frameworks and methodologies.
  • Create and deliver communications, readiness activities, and engagement plans to promote responsible AI usage and enterprise AI literacy.
  • Partner closely with project managers, learning teams, executive sponsors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and implementation partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop presentations, status updates, and executive communications to support leadership alignment and sponsorship.
  • Measure adoption success through readiness assessments, user feedback, and adoption metrics, refining strategies as needed.
  • Document lessons learned and provide recommendations to ensure long-term sustainability of change initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, complex, enterprise-level projects.
  • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Experience working in healthcare environments preferred.
  • Experience driving AI adoption, AI transformation initiatives, or supporting AI-enabled technologies preferred.
  • Prosci® Change Management Certification preferred.
