Job description

Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

Location: Remote (Nashville, TN preferred) with 80โ€“90% travel

Compensation: $45โ€“$55/hr (contract) | $95,000โ€“$110,000 (conversion salary)

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
  • Strong experience leading training, communication, and adoption efforts for technology implementations
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and tailor communication/training styles based on audience
  • Experience supporting large scale go-live or deployment initiatives (Ideally in a Manufacturing, plant, or industrial environment)
  • Comfortable escalating issues and building trust with operational leadership
  • Passport required and must be comfortable traveling/driving in rural areas

Preferred:

  • Prosci/ADKAR certification
  • Experience with MES, ERP, or SAP
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management activities including communications, training, and readiness
  • Support go-live deployments with onsite training and adoption efforts
  • Partner with project teams and operational leaders to drive engagement
  • Identify risks and resistance, escalate issues, and implement mitigation plans
  • Support post-go-live adoption and continuous improvement
Additional Details:
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity
  • Heavy travel required (80โ€“90%), including extended onsite stays in operational and rural locations
