• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques that encourage personal growth and emotional healing.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Offer teletherapy services for individuals who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to mental health care regardless of location.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to ethical standards and best practice guidelines in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.

Your client base will encompass individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health disorders, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Through empathetic engagement and effective therapeutic techniques, you will support clients in navigating their emotional challenges and developing coping strategies that promote long-term well-being.

• Possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster secure and trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients regardless of their background or experiences.
• Possess excellent organizational capabilities and time management skills to maintain an efficient caseload and perform administrative tasks effectively.

• Experience working in a community health setting or providing therapy through telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge and previous experience in addiction treatment or recovery support will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt techniques based on the individual needs of clients.
