We're partnering with a school district in Essex County, MA to hire a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year.
In this role, you will provide behavioral support and consultation services to students across PreK through 8th grade. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior strategies that promote student success across academic, social, and behavioral domains.

• Location: Onsite in Essex County, MA

• Schedule: Part-Time, flexible schedule

• Weekly Hours: 10-15 hours per week

• School Year: 2026-2027

• Grade Levels: PreK-8th Grade

• Travel: Travel between school sites may be require

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and inform intervention decisions.

• Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success.

• Provide coaching, training, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff on behavior management strategies and data collection practices.

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of evidence-based behavioral interventions.

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Previous school-based BCBA experience preferred

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs

• Strong data analysis, consultation, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to travel between school sites within the district as needed
