Salary: $38.46 - $39.42 (per hour) - No PTO or benefits provided

• Track Operational Health: Manage the Hypercare Readiness Heatmap to monitor performance, backlog, and adoption metrics across business units.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify process bottlenecks, resource constraints, and productivity issues, coordinating rapid response plans with unit leaders.
• Facilitate Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact to connect operational leads, project sponsors, and hypercare triage teams.
• Manage Reporting: Aggregate quantitative and qualitative data to provide daily and weekly status updates through Executive Readiness Dashboards.
• Lead Support Networks: Direct the Hypercare Command Network and Change Champions to ensure consistent communication and effective feedback loops for business transitions.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Experience: 3–5+ years in Organizational Change Management, Business Operations,
• Transformation Management, or Consulting, with specific experience managing post-go-live readiness or hypercare command centers.
• Proven ability to build business impact heatmaps, track operational continuity metrics, and handle risk mitigation during large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Strong executive presence, data synthesis (turning qualitative user feedback and system metrics into actionable insights), and cross-functional facilitation.
• Strategic yet execution-focused, analytical, and highly structured under high-pressure go-live conditions.
