Freelance E-Commerce Vendor Support Specialist Remote | English C1

We are looking for an English-speaking professional (C1 level) to join a global e-commerce team, supporting vendor operations and product management. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, ideal for someone with strong experience in product catalogue management, content optimization, and account operations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and audit product listings to ensure accuracy (SKUs, model numbers, specifications).
  • Optimize product content, including enhanced product descriptions and brand pages.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor operations and account health, responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support onboarding of new vendor programs and initiatives to protect brand and product performance.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for content performance, catalogue hygiene, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance vendor performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
