Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transactional Revenue Intelligence & Systems Analyst based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to turn customer, market, and operational data into measurable business outcomes.
You will act as a hands-on operator, building dashboards, decision systems, workflows, and campaigns that help teams move faster and make better decisions.
The position sits at the intersection of revenue, customer insight, transactions, product, and operational improvement.
You will investigate ambiguous business problems, connect structured and unstructured data, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Your work will help identify growth opportunities, improve customer behavior, strengthen digital transactions, and remove internal bottlenecks.
You will also use automation, research, analytics, and emerging tools to create scalable ways of working.
This is an independent, high-ownership opportunity for someone who combines analytical rigor with commercial curiosity and a strong bias toward action.

Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and decision-support systems for Revenue, Transactions, Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams.
  • Translate business questions into reliable decision frameworks by defining problems, identifying relevant evidence, and measuring outcomes.
  • Combine customer calls, feedback, email interactions, market research, and other data sources to understand purchasing, listing, and selling behaviors.
  • Identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities across customers and use these insights to recommend process, product, or integration improvements.
  • Support marketplace growth by helping customers improve sourcing, catalog reliability, and digital sales activity.
  • Design, launch, and execute scalable campaigns that make digital buying and selling easier across the ecosystem.
  • Create feedback loops to measure whether campaigns, product changes, and new initiatives improve adoption, transaction volume, efficiency, or other business outcomes.
  • Monitor data quality, investigate inconsistencies, and ensure dashboards and analytical outputs are accurate and trustworthy.
  • Turn customer and market insights into clear evidence that can inform product priorities, enablement, and commercial decisions.
  • Identify internal bottlenecks and improve workflows through automation, better processes, and scalable systems.
  • Use research, prototyping, automation, and data analysis tools to accelerate problem-solving while applying human judgment where customer context requires it.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams act on insights rather than simply consume reports.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical judgment and commercial curiosity, with the ability to connect data to practical business outcomes.
  • Experience solving ambiguous business problems using data, spreadsheets, SQL, programming, or comparable analytical tools.
  • Ability to work confidently with both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, useful narratives for non-technical and cross-functional audiences.
  • Experience building dashboards, analytical tools, reporting systems, or decision-support solutions that enable teams to take action.
  • A practical understanding of automation, workflow optimization, research, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Ability to independently define problems, identify appropriate inputs, develop solutions, and measure results without extensive direction.
  • Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, revenue operations, customer behavior, and operational systems.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with the humility and rigor to surface uncertainty, challenge assumptions, and improve systems rather than defend an initial hypothesis.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the floriculture industry is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits
  • Full-time opportunity within a fast-growing international organization.
  • Flexible, remote-first working environment with the ability to work independently.
  • High level of ownership and autonomy over analytical systems, campaigns, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with teams across the Americas and Europe.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Financial support for technical certifications and other learning initiatives.
  • Competitive salary with compensation negotiable based on experience.
  • Indefinite employment contract.
  • Opportunity to make a measurable impact across revenue, customer success, product, and marketplace operations.
