• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' histories and needs, laying the groundwork for effective treatment strategies.

• Design individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a trauma-informed approach to ensure a safe environment for personal growth and healing.

• Keep timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards, ensuring accountability and high-quality care.

This role primarily focuses on individuals seeking detoxification services, presenting a diverse array of mental health challenges. • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure.

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care and a strong commitment to cultural competency in practice.

• Excellent clinical judgment and emotional intelligence to navigate complex client situations effectively.

• Proven ability to create meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster client engagement and promote recovery.

• A minimum of two years of direct practice experience in outpatient, community, or integrated care settings is highly preferred.

• Previous experience working with detox and substance use disorder populations will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
