Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you flexibility while still maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some variation in your hours may be necessary to accommodate patient needs, ensuring that we are providing timely access to our services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and sensitive mental health assessments, evaluating patients' unique experiences to inform personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to the individual needs of each patient, respecting their cultural and personal backgrounds.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns and fostering resilience among clients.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and effective.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during critical mental health emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, thereby empowering them in their recovery journeys.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards set forth in the mental health profession.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
