• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the client's mental health history, current challenges, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, focusing on evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Provide psychotherapy through video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for discussions.
• Utilize the Simple Practice platform for scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and facilitating secure communication.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
• Engage in case management, including coordination with other healthcare providers when necessary.

This position focuses on working with a diverse clientele, including teens, adults, and couples seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. Your role will be vital in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other emotional struggles. • A valid license as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on psychotherapy.
• Strong treatment planning and mental health counseling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual appointments and secured client communications.

• Experience in a remote or telehealth counseling setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
