Solace Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide vital mental health counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in a remote outpatient setting. Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering top-notch care to our patients. The flexible work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability required based on patient needs. Collaborating within a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team, you will engage with colleagues in regular meetings, consultations, and professional development activities, fostering a collaborative spirit in our patient-centered care approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying patient needs, and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective sessions tailored to specific patient needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, helping to foster community among individuals experiencing similar challenges.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support during acute mental health situations, ensuring patients receive timely assistance.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering empowerment and understanding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage regularly in case consultations and professional development to stay informed of advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Solid understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and the therapeutic process.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and to develop professional treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and in group settings across diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• Strong sense of professional ethics, including adherence to boundaries and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and services.
• Participation in continuing education and professional training related to mental health treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

Solace Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
