Solace Space Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to fill a full-time position within our innovative outpatient mental health clinic. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' needs, mental health status, and personal goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, setting appropriate therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver direct counseling services to diverse populations, including individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and family counseling sessions.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a multi-faceted approach to client treatment.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest trends and research in mental health counseling.
