Solace Space Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to fill a full-time position within our innovative outpatient mental health clinic. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' needs, mental health status, and personal goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, setting appropriate therapeutic goals.
• Deliver direct counseling services to diverse populations, including individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and family counseling sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a multi-faceted approach to client treatment.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest trends and research in mental health counseling.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to clinic projects and staff trainings to enhance service delivery.

Our counseling services cater primarily to individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship difficulties, and stress management. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active License to Practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience providing outpatient counseling services, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth within the field of mental health.

• Experience working with diverse populations across various age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document clinical interactions.
