Job Type: Full-Time Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Work Schedule: 9/80 work schedule | Core hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Seeking experienced Senior Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and professional positions in a high-volume environment, supporting mission-critical defense and aerospace programs.

This position is ideal for recruiters with prior defense or government-contracting experience who excel at proactive sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and candidate closing.


What You Will Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering, technical, and professional roles

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to assess workforce needs and develop hiring strategies

  • Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands

  • Drive the offer process, including compensation discussions, negotiations, and candidate closure

  • Support high-volume recruiting while meeting aggressive hiring timelines

  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP and internal Talent Acquisition policies

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience (engineering or technical recruiting strongly preferred)

  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments

  • Prior experience recruiting for a defense contractor, aerospace company, or military organization

  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search techniques

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting

  • Strong candidate pre-closing and closing skills

  • Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on recruiting strategy and compliance

  • Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations
