Production Support (Remote)


Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Production Support Engineers to provide operational support for a critical enterprise application migrating from an on-premises environment to Microsoft Azure. This role will focus on maintaining system availability, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and security of the application in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Azure operations, incident management, and cloud infrastructure support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day production support for applications running in Azure
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using Azure monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
  • Support change and release management processes
  • Optimize performance and capacity planning for cloud-based systems
  • Maintain and support Azure infrastructure, networking, and security configurations


Required Qualifications

Core Azure Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Azure services:
