Overview:
The AI Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and operational integration of AI tools and workflows across the organization. This role partners cross-functionally with internal departments to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and support business growth.
This position will serve as an internal AI champion focused on organizational enablement, workflow transformation, employee adoption, training, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings experience leading operational or digital transformation initiatives and can translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows across departments.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for AI integration.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce manual work.
  • Act as an internal consultant to business teams on AI use cases and workflow optimization.
  • Help establish AI best practices and promote responsible AI usage across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Help manage organizational change related to AI implementation and workflow transformation.
  • Build resources, documentation, and SOPs related to AI usage and processes.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of AI tools and platforms.
  • Track and report on AI initiative outcomes, adoption metrics, productivity improvements, and operational impact.
  • Help ensure AI usage aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and operational goals.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to AI initiatives, workflows, and training materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, digital transformation, project management, AI enablement, or related business functions required.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate or enhance business processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries, including manufacturing, retail, or cannabis preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to train and support employees with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and AI productivity platforms.

Physical Requirements:
  • This role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The posted compensation range reflects the potential range for this role across multiple U.S. markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
Remote Pay Range
$130,000-$150,000 USD
