ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBLE FOR: Reviews, analyzes, and assigns codes based on appropriate coding guidelines and criteria for outpatient medical record documentation to include, but not limited to: medical, diagnostic and procedural information for the correct ICD-10-CM and /or CPT-4 HCPCS codes. Primary coding responsibility is Diagnostic/Clinical, Emergency Room, Recurring and Specimen patient types.
