  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI).
  • Analyze territory and pipeline data to prioritize outreach, identify trends, and optimize sales efforts.
  • Ensure timely completion of data requests and reporting related to sales performance and patient engagement.
  • Act as a patient advocate within Natera while maintaining a revenue-focused, sales-driven approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales or call center roles with measurable performance goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a territory or book of business and connect daily activities to pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Background in medical, diagnostic, or biological sciences preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and guide patients through a consultative sales process.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
