What is a Senior Business Development Representative at GURUS Solutions?

As a Senior Business Development Representative at GURUS Solutions, you will play a key role in our sales and growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating first contact, and laying the groundwork for our sales team to close more opportunities. Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new potential customers who could benefit from NetSuite SaaS solutions and implementation consulting services.
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to connect with prospects.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and discovery sessions with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing relevant information and acting as a trusted resource.
  • Nurture leads that are not immediately ready to buy through periodic follow-ups and targeted marketing content.

  • Prospecter et rechercher de nouveaux clients potentiels pouvant beneficier des solutions SaaS NetSuite et des services-conseils d'implantation.

  • Executer des strategies de prospection sortante, incluant les appels a froid, les courriels et l'engagement sur les reseaux sociaux afin d'entrer en contact avec des prospects.

  • Planifier des rencontres introductives et des seances de decouverte avec des leads qualifies pour l'equipe des ventes.

  • Developper et maintenir de solides relations avec les prospects en fournissant de l'information pertinente et en agissant comme personne-ressource competente.

  • Assurer le suivi des leads qui ne sont pas prets a acheter immediatement, en les developpant a long terme grace a des suivis periodiques et a la diffusion de contenu marketing cible.

  • Utiliser les logiciels CRM et les outils de vente afin de gerer et suivre les leads, les activites et la progression des dossiers.

  • Surveiller et analyser les tendances du marche, la concurrence et les developpements de l'industrie afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunites.

  • Fournir des rapports reguliers a la direction des ventes detaillant les activites et la progression vers les objectifs de vente.

  • Collaborer avec l'equipe des ventes afin d'assurer une transition fluide des leads qualifies.

Profil recherche
  • Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais*.

  • Diplome universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion, marketing, technologie ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 2 a 3 ans d'experience en developpement des affaires ou en ventes dans le domaine ERP.

  • Experience en vente B2B (business-to-business) fortement souhaitee.

  • Historique demontre d'atteinte ou de depassement des objectifs et quotas de vente.

  • Personne autonome, motivee par les resultats et ayant un fort desir de reussite.

  • Solides capacites analytiques et strategiques afin d'evaluer les opportunites de marche et developper des strategies de vente efficaces.
