• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients in detoxification, developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective remote therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through regular video calls and case reviews, enriching treatment approaches for patients.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings, utilizing technology to discuss patient progress and refining treatment methodologies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources available to support their recovery from addiction.
• Stay informed on current mental health trends and research, incorporating the latest findings into your practice through webinars, online resources, and professional development opportunities.

You will work closely with a diverse population, primarily focusing on patients experiencing substance use disorders who are entering detox. Your role will involve assessing their individual mental health needs, addressing co-occurring disorders, and guiding them through therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy within a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques with an emphasis on those suitable for remote delivery.
