Job Description
Job Purpose
While serving as the single point of contact for workshops, the Sales Representative is offering the whole Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) Product Portfolio. The representative is responsible for increasing workshop loyalty, driving parts pull, promoting diagnostic equipment and services, and implementing workshop concepts and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Increase participation in the eXtra loyalty program and ensure regular follow-up.
  • Promote Workshop Order Manager (WOM) and manage country-specific rollouts.
  • Acquire workshops for concept modules and ensure ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Ensure participation in training programs and gather feedback for development.
  • Pursue sales of Hotline Services, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) and Vehicle Check Apps (VCA).
  • Generate leads for direct sales of workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools.
  • Generate leads for Bosch Car Service (BCS) through promoting basic value proposition services and consultation on full-service concept requirements and follow up on them.
  • Promote available equipment and diagnostic campaigns.
  • Drive cross-selling with Workshop Test Equipment (WTE).
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on workshop equipment and diagnostics usage.

Core Competencies
  • Comprehensive understanding of Bosch's MA portfolio, including parts, diagnostics, services and equipment.
  • Ability to explain and sell the value proposition of workshop concepts and technical tools.
  • Consultative sales skills to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with varies stakeholders (e.g., workshop managers, technical staff).
  • Ability to offer workshops practical support, advice, and training guidance.
  • Proficiency with Bosch systems (e.g., C4C, PBI apps, myBCS) and digital rollout tools.
  • Ability to promote digital tools to workshops and ensure data quality in CRM systems.

Qualifications
Required
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required; must be able to travel extensively within the assigned territory, with additional travel across the U.S. and/or Canada as needed for training, product blitzes, team support, and other North American events.

Preferred
  • Experience with workshop business models.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or demonstrated knowledge of hands-on, job-related automotive service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in local language(s), verbal and written.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
