Job Description
The Sales Controlling & Planning Associate for Bosch Cross Domain Computing Solutions- North America provides essential support to the sales controlling and planning functions. In this role, your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality, assisting with the reporting of key sales metrics, and supporting the regional team in daily operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of sales controlling processes within a dynamic, global organization.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support
    • Support the regional Sales Controlling & Planning team in tracking sales KPIs, such as acquisition tracking progress (AcT), Special Revenue (SR), and price changes.
    • Assist in the Current Forecast (CF) and Sales/Business Planning (BBMSP/BDP) processes by ensuring data is up-to-date in relevant systems.
  • Data Management & Quality
    • Help ensure data integrity for local Global Customer Teams (GCT) by performing regular sanity checks and quality checks in Salesforce (SF) and other tools.
    • Review special revenues in systems like Coverage of Special Sales (CSS), Sales Force (SF) and address invoice allocation to Commercial Manager.
    • Ensure that local Global Customer Teams (GCT) accounts proceed Tier-OEM mapping by performing KEDE Tier mapping checks.
    • Use ACROSS report to assist customer teams in performing price checks.
    • Use the part number referencing report (PVA) to help ensure the availability of valid technical references to facilitate manufacturing planning.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Serve as a support contact for local customer team members regarding standard sales processes and tools.
    • Assist in reviewing the status of accounts receivables in collaboration with the Sales Controlling and Commercial Coordination (SCC) and Global Services (GS) teams.
    • Provide feedback to the Master Data Organization in case of identified mistakes in product or customer hierarchies.

Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in a finance, sales, or business role is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required.
