Job description

We are currently looking for experienced Executive Assistants to join our growing talent network.

If you have experience providing remote executive support, we'd love to hear from you.

Each engagement is different. Some clients may need traditional executive assistance, while others may be looking for support with project coordination, operations, customer communication, marketing, or other administrative responsibilities. We'll match you with opportunities that best align with your skills, experience and availability.

Location:ย Remote (United States)

Commitment:ย Fractional Engagements (Minimum 10 hours per week)

Availability:ย Must be able to support clients across U.S. time zones.

Compensation:ย $18-$24 USD per hour, depending on location, experience and client requirements.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
  • Previous bookkeeping or financial administration experience is preferred
  • Experience working remotely in freelance, contract or fractional engagements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week
  • Comfortable supporting clients across U.S. time zones
  • Open to supporting occasional personal errands, appointments and local coordination within Ohio when required
