100% Remote Tele-Psych - 1 Position Left

Eastern Time Zone / Days


Position Highlights
  • Outpatient-only psychiatry with no call requirements, or weekend shifts
  • Flexible scheduling with your choice of 410s or 58s between 7:00 AM7:00 PM, emphasizing productivity over rigid hours.
  • Manageable patient volume averaging 1216 appointments per day using wave scheduling, with most new patients pre-evaluated by therapists.
  • Supportive practice model with therapists, APPs, modern Cerner EMR, AI-enabled dictation tools
Compensation & Benefits
  • RVU-based compensation Up to $325,650 + Production
  • Sign-on bonus $25,000 plus up to $10,000 annual quality bonus tied to documentation and safety metrics.
  • Generous benefits package including accrual-based PTO, $3,500 annual CME allowance, Blue Cross health coverage, and paid interview travel reimbursement.
