Travel Booking Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Booking Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people create memorable travel experiences and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and transportation
• Research travel options and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Provide personalized travel planning based on client preferences and budgets
• Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed
• Communicate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
• Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel issues when needed
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry updates
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and internet research skills
• Passion for travel and helping others plan experiences
• Previous travel, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus (not required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with travel booking platforms or reservation systems
• Sales or client consultation experience
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel requirements
