This role will initially be non-exempt during the training period, making you eligible for overtime. After successful completion of the training program and meet specific criteria, the position will transition to exempt status of a base salary plus sales incentive bonus.
About the role:
The Specialty Sales, Principal Analyst is responsible for driving sales activities directly to customers, including face-to-face and remote interactions. This role aims to assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and develop sales strategies to grow and diversify customer relationships. By contributing to Takeda's sales goals, this role supports the company's mission of delivering better health to people worldwide.
How you will contribute:
* Conduct face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
