Job description

The Executive Director, Market Access, reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Development, will be responsible for ensuring appropriate coverage for Rivoceranib-Camrelizumab and Lirafugratinib across Payers (Private and Public), Pathways and GPOs in the US.
This position will be instrumental in helping Elevar design and build out the National Account team/planning and execution, while working with leadership to ensure success in this dynamic landscape. As Executive Director, Market Access, this individual would be expected to liaise across functions to ensure overall commercial alignment to company goals and objectives while appropriately managing the day-to-day operations of their accounts. This is a remote-based position located in the United States.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts from Pre-Commercial through launch of Rivoceranib-Camrelizumab and Lirafugratinib to obtain coverage across assigned accounts. These include but not limited to, National and Regional Payers, their Pathways, VA/DOD/Medicaid, GPOS and Strategic Accounts
  • Work closely with Trade/Patient Services, Payer Marketing, and Medical Affairs to collaborate on workstreams and go to market plans
  • Work as an internal expert to cross-functional teams depending on engagements required to help support business objectives (Customer focused: Org Structures, Economic interests, Key Stakeholders) and also bring in key insights from the external environment that will help shape future planning or execution metrics
  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the field team to liaise with the HO team and ensure appropriate support and guidance to both field and HO teams
  • Work closely with the Access Marketing/Pricing/HEOR to develop and assess contractual proposals to drive uptake of Rivoceranib-Camrelizumab and Lirafugratinib

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 15 years; or Master's degree with 12 years; or PhD with 8 years' experience. Proven director-level/functional area management experience demonstrating business acumen, developing and delivering functional/department strategy, delivering results, championing innovation, coaching and developing subordinates including remote and cross-functional teams
  • 15 years of working in the Managed Markets Accounts management specifically in Oncology
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills along with the ability to influence and lead in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Strong team leadership abilities with a good understanding of different channels and trade practices
  • Ability to demonstrate Elevar's core values by holding ourselves and each other accountable for the work we do, taking time to collaborate effectively while working remotely, making space for ingenuity in work and thought, and staying grounded in compassion

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $285,000. Final compensation depends on multiple factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skillset, depth and breadth of knowledge, internal equity, and external market factors.
