Job description

Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive Location: remote with travel Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00/year base salary & commission

Overview Joulรฉ is supporting a high-growth, technology-driven organization in building its U.S. commercial team and is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business across life sciences, research, and enterprise R&D markets. This is a high-impact, early-stage role where you will work closely with senior commercial leadership to define the sales motion, close strategic accounts, and contribute to building a scalable revenue engine.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers across biopharma, life sciences organizations, CROs, academic institutions, and R&D teams.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Engage with scientific, technical, and business stakeholders to understand complex research workflows and position solutions effectively.
  • Deliver tailored demos and articulate value in a highly consultative manner.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Manage forecasting and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Collaborate on account strategy and prioritization.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, objections, and competitive dynamics.
  • Contribute to refining messaging and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality with ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • Experience selling into life sciences, biotech, pharma, CROs, research organizations, academia, or R&D teams preferred.
  • Scientific background or strong ability to sell into technical audiences preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML, data, or research platforms is a plus.
