Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep understanding of Rezdiffra (MOA and clinical benefits) and communicate product profile to HCPs.
  • Tailor product presentations; provide in-depth product training/education to HCPs and staff.
  • Create and execute a detailed territory-level business plan for launch and ongoing sales success.
  • Strategically plan/prioritize sales activities; identify and target key HCPs (gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, APPs).
  • Use sales/marketing tools and resources; analyze sales data and market trends to adapt approach.
  • Drive compliant promotion and build cross-functional initiatives for a positive customer experience.
  • Establish/maintain strategic relationships; lead customer engagement model.
  • Maintain accurate records; generate regular territory performance/market insights.
  • Stay current on GI clinical data and treatment guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience required.
  • Prior specialty launch experience preferred.
  • Proven sales success; GI experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong local GI market knowledge and thought-leader access preferred.
  • Ability to build actionable territory plans using sales/market data.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills; proven virtual influence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license; travel as needed; 100% in-person HCP interactions; lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must live within territory boundaries.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range: $157,500โ€“$192,500/year; bonus and equity (all full-time employees receive equity).
