Project Coordinator - Remote
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support telecom/network deployment and rollout projects for Nokia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating telecom infrastructure projects, tracking project deliverables, managing stakeholders, and supporting cross-functional deployment teams in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote opportunity supporting large-scale telecom and network implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate telecom/network rollout and deployment activities
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Manage RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, field teams, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Support site build activities including SOW, BOM, NTP, and closeout packages
  • Schedule meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain project trackers
  • Support change management, escalation handling, and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership teams
  • Assist with service delivery and operational coordination activities
  • Ensure project compliance with customer and organizational standards
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Project Coordination experience
  • Telecom rollout/deployment coordination experience is mandatory
  • Experience supporting fiber/network infrastructure projects
  • Experience with telecom/site deployment activities
  • Strong experience with Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, or similar PM tools
  • Experience tracking RAID logs, risks, issues, and dependencies
