• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess mental health needs and collect relevant history.
• Create individualized care plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and challenges.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, using innovative techniques to engage clients.
• Employ evidence-based practices to support clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and organized documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress to comply with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other counselors and healthcare professionals, to enhance client care.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring rapid response to immediate mental health needs.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including traumatic experiences and behavioral problems. Your expertise will support clients from different backgrounds, making a transformative difference in their mental health journeys.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active and valid California licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic practices and case management, with a strong understanding of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, necessary for effective client interaction and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies is highly advantageous.

Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, offering insight into establishing rapport with clients and managing challenging cases.
