• Conduct remote therapy sessions using a structured CBT model, delivering evidence-based care to clients in a virtual setting.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Participate in weekly case consultations to share insights and experiences, enhancing collaborative care.
• Access continuing education (CE) resources that align with your professional development and practice needs.
• Keep consistent weekday hours and manage your caseload effectively to ensure quality care for each client.

You will be providing therapy to a diverse client base that encompasses a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. The clientele is primarily adults who seek support in enhancing their coping strategies and improving their overall mental health. Your role is pivotal in facilitating meaningful change and helping clients achieve their personal treatment goals.

• An active independent license to practice in Florida, such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health; however, an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience with a focus on mental health, providing therapy to individuals effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing online therapy tools to facilitate seamless client communication.

• Experience in delivering CBT-informed therapy in an outpatient setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with performing assessments and creating individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Prior involvement with electronic health record systems, enhancing workflow and client management.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
