Joy Filled Life, LLC is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW professionals, to join our team as Remote Behavioral Health Counselors. • Conduct virtual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and presenting concerns.
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Utilize telehealth tools and software to conduct patients' sessions effectively, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training opportunities to stay current with best practices and licensure requirements.

In our practice, we serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our ideal candidates will be skilled at engaging with various populations, demonstrating cultural competency, and customizing interventions that respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active California license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is mandatory to practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing direct services to clients in a mental health setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation software is essential for managing patient files and reporting.

• Experience in telehealth delivery of mental health services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, will be advantageous.
• Development of community outreach initiatives or support groups to enhance patient access to needed resources will be valued.

The expected salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
