This position is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility while also facilitating access to care for clients. You will operate in an outpatient office setting, ensuring clients receive the necessary therapeutic support in a convenient and accessible manner. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to enhance client outcomes and promote holistic well-being.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide individualized therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, adapting strategies to address diverse emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and intervention strategies are effectively implemented.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your understanding of various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds will be essential for providing nuanced and effective support. By developing strong therapeutic relationships, you will help clients navigate their unique journeys toward mental wellness and recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering counseling services, preferably in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and adaptation of therapeutic techniques to fit client needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. Benefits include:
