Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom or other video platforms
• Explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional way
• Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members
• Participate in virtual training and mentorship sessions
• Stay organized while managing appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain a professional and reliable remote work routine
