No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Meet virtually with individuals and families
  • Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow a structured sales and customer-service process
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Work toward individual performance and career-development goals
