Remote Sales Representative

Fisher Organization is expanding our remote sales team and looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people, are willing to learn, and want the opportunity to build a long-term career.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Meet virtually with individuals and families
  • Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow a structured sales and customer-service process
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Work toward individual performance and career-development goals
