Work Environment

This position is remote, offering flexibility to work from home while remaining connected through a rich digital infrastructure that includes electronic health record systems. Our team values communication and teamwork, and you will have regular check-ins and support from your colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional life.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of client concerns, using tools and assessments to develop personalized therapy plans that address individual needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients achieve their personal goals and fostering emotional resilience.
