This position offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement, allowing you to deliver your services in a comfortable, personal environment while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with both clients and colleagues. You will be utilizing advanced telehealth platforms, ensuring you can manage your caseload efficiently while maintaining high therapeutic standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health status, challenges, and needs, leveraging evidence-based assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and client goals, regularly updating them based on progress and feedback.
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to empower clients.
• Assist clients in acquiring practical skills to foster personal growth, wellness, and resilience, such as coping strategies and stress management techniques.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations with fellow therapists to ensure best practices and share insights for client improvement.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mood disorders. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be essential in tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in good standing is essential to practice.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong proficiency in using electronic health records systems.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting, demonstrating proficiency with telehealth technologies.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt them to meet individual client needs.
• Strong networking and collaboration skills for community outreach and referral processes.
