• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify client concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and generate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing tailored interventions that resonate with each client’s specific issues and aspirations.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their needs at every step.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices and methodologies in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will address the unique challenges faced by each client, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes healing and resilience.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is necessary for advanced practice.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic skills are essential for developing effective treatment plans.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, showcasing your ability to engage and support clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and professionalism in your work.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, highlighting familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for newly hired therapists.
