The position follows a consistent work schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. • Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing urgent mental health emergencies, providing immediate support in crises.
• Design personalized crisis intervention plans based on rapid assessments, ensuring clients receive tailored and effective care.
• Engage collaboratively with law enforcement and emergency response teams to prioritize clients’ safety during critical situations.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and recommend resources for continuous support, helping clients transition from crisis to stability.
• Implement evidence-based crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques in high-pressure scenarios.

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations experiencing mental health crises, particularly related to substance misuse. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is essential.
• A minimum of three years of recent experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling is necessary.
