You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health concerns. Many clients may have had limited access to mental health services previously, requiring an empathetic approach to support their journey towards recovery and growth. Your role will be vital in fostering their emotional resilience and equipping them with the tools needed for lasting change.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working with underserved populations or in community mental health is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including:
