Do you enjoy helping people with technology? Are you looking for a paid internship/entry level position to develop your skills in a professional work environment?


The Bridge Group provides managed IT services to a variety of organizations in southwest and central Ohio. We function as the IT department for organizations that don't have the resources to hire internally. You will gain experience with a variety of technologies and solutions as you work alongside our customers in making sure their IT investment is stable, secure, reliable and efficient.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that all customer requests are responded to, followed up on and completed thoroughly
  • Ensure that all customers have a positive and satisfactory experience
  • Assist customers with user of their technology stack
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Coordinate work with vendors and other third parties to support our customers and their environments
  • Respond and follow-up with technical requests
  • Update customer documentation and review existing documentation as needed
  • Be aware of trends in support tickets to identify possible problems before they escalate


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and mode of transportation
  • Work experience in a technical support and/or customer service role
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Ability to communicate information in written and verbal form


Location:

  • The intent is for this role to be remote/hybrid
  • Applicant must be located in the Dayton, Springfield or Columbus metro areas
  • Role can be office based in Dayton or Columbus if the applicant is unable to work remotely


Schedule:

  • Approximately 15-25 hours/week
  • Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 PM EST
