Job description

Are you a relentless phone-based closer who thrives on results?
Do you want your income and career trajectory to be tied directly to your performance—not office politics or tenure?
Do you enjoy persuading decision-makers and building business relationships that actually produce revenue?

If so, this role was built for you.

The Opportunity

We are a large, well-established California-based personal injury law firm seeking a Referral Source Marketer to build and scale direct referral relationships with businesses that regularly interact with car-accident victims—chiropractors, medical offices, car rental agencies, and similar referral partners.

Your mission is simple and demanding:
Create real, durable referral relationships that consistently generate signed cases for the firm.

This is not brand awareness.
This is not “checking the box” outreach.
This is results-driven business development with clear metrics and real upside.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Pure meritocracy – your success is measured by referrals and signed cases
  • High autonomy – you own your pipeline and your results
  • Performance-based compensation – strong performers are rewarded accordingly
  • Long-term growth – we are building a durable referral engine, not running a short-term campaign

This is a high-expectation, high-reward role designed for professionals who want their effort and skill to matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Spend 7–8 hours per day on the phone contacting and cultivating referral sources
  • Persuasively present the firm and clearly communicate why referral partners benefit from working with us
  • Build long-term, repeat referral relationships—not one-off conversations
  • Coordinate and distribute marketing materials (brochures, branded items, etc.) to referral partners
  • Track all outreach, contacts, and results in spreadsheets and/or CRM software
  • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to referrals and signed cases
  • Work closely with the firm’s marketing and intake teams to optimize conversion

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of proven success in telephonic sales, business development, or high-volume outbound calling
  • A track record of exceeding goals, not just meeting them
  • Highly organized and extremely tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, workflows)
  • Comfortable being measured by clear performance metrics
  • Quick learner who can master our services and communicate them confidently
  • Exceptional English communication skills with strong clarity, tone, and articulation
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with the legal, medical, or referral-based sales environment is a major advantage
  • Fully comfortable working in a remote, tech-driven environment

Performance Expectations (Read Carefully)

This is a results-oriented role. Benchmarks, KPIs, and milestones will be established and must be met on an ongoing basis. If the role does not produce clients, it does not succeed.

We are transparent about expectations because we want candidates who embrace accountability, not fear it.

Additional Requirements

  • Exclusive, long-term employment only
Applicants working other jobs or seeking side work should not apply.
  • Work hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PST

Company Description

We are a large and successful personal injury law firm that is looking to add talented, hard-working people looking for long-term employment to our already successful team.
