Position Summary
The Office Manager serves as the administrative hub of our organization, ensuring the company runs efficiently by managing office operations, supporting restaurant leadership, coordinating critical administrative processes, and maintaining accurate records. This individual provides exceptional internal customer service to restaurant teams while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate office.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate mail, shipping, and document management.
  • Organize physical and electronic filing systems.

Restaurant Administrative Support
  • Serve as the administrative resource for General Managers, Supervisors, and Above Restaurant Leaders.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, communications, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, leadership events, and training sessions.
  • Maintain organization charts, contact lists, and restaurant rosters.

Human Resources Administration
  • Ensure employee files remain complete and compliant.
  • Track employment documents and required acknowledgments.
  • Assist with employment verifications and administrative HR requests.

Payroll & Personnel Administration
  • Maintain employee records and compensation documentation.
  • Prepare wage change letters and employment documents.
  • Track leave paperwork and personnel changes.

Financial & Accounting Support
  • Process invoices and route for approval.
  • Assist with vendor setup and record maintenance.
  • Organize receipts and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare administrative reports for leadership as requested.

Compliance & Recordkeeping
  • Maintain confidential employee and business records.
  • Ensure licenses, permits, and required documents remain organized.
  • Track expiration dates and renewal requirements.
  • Support audit preparation and document requests.

Executive Support
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
  • Manage special projects and follow-up items.

Communication
  • Draft professional correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Coordinate company-wide communications.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment.

Qualifications
  • McDonald's experience strongly preferred
  • Three or more years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
