ATTORNEY - LITIGATION

REMOTE POSITION (must be licensed with CA State Bar)

Roseman Law, APC is a fast paced, energetic, forward thinking, growing California Real Estate/Business law firm whose practice focuses on real estate/business disputes, and construction law/defect, with an emphasis on common interest developments.


We are seeking a motivated attorney with litigation experience. We pride ourselves on balancing a strong work ethic and client service with family life. This is a primarily remote position with hybrid workspace available if desired. Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience to handle all phases of litigation, including court appearances, discovery, mediation, and trial support. Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills, demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize workload and assignments.


Essential Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctorate degree and current good standing with CA State Bar are required
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience-- ideal candidate will have experience in HOA Litigation and/or Construction Defect Litigation
  • Excellent litigation skills
  • Deposition and trial experience
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter
  • Compatible personality and positive attitude
  • Professional disposition
  • Strong organizational, analytical, effective oral communication and writing skills
  • Research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including PDF editing


Responsibilities:


  • Appear in court, argue motions, and participate in trial
  • Write briefs and perform legal research
  • Draft discovery documents and assemble discovery responses
  • Draft pleadings and legal correspondence
  • Interact with clients

Salary:
