Fully remote ---- Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Project Leadership Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups) and ensure teams operate with strong discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, work breakdown structures, and task assignments. Track progress against key milestones, escalating timeline, resource, or quality concerns to the Portfolio Manager as needed.

Implement and refine project management processes and frameworks that improve consistency, predictability, and speed of delivery. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Develop and execute change management plans to drive engagement, adoption, and readiness across impacted teams. Assess stakeholder needs, manage communication plans, and anticipate resistance points before they escalate.

Support leaders in navigating organizational impacts and aligning the workforce to new digital capabilities. Digital Tool Enabled Practices Leverage digital tools to automate reporting, enhance communication, streamline documentation, and accelerate decision-making. Identify opportunities where digital can improve delivery efficiency, team productivity, or problem-solving velocity.

Guide teams on responsible and effective digital adoption within project workflows.
