Location: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CA

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension)

Compensation: $44/$49 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role

Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects at a big biopharma leader by integrating GenAI-enabled digital tools, driving process improvement, and steering organizational change. Partner with teams to transform business needs into actionable solutions and ensure successful project execution and adoption. This role blends project management, change management, and digital transformation expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Identify, prioritize, and coordinate GenAI workflow integration opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Drive implementation of GenAI-enabled use cases, demos, microlearnings, and adoption resources
  • Understand current-state workflows, identify process pain points, and help implement improved solutions
  • Develop and deliver change management communications, training, engagement initiatives, and adoption tracking
  • Report on project progress, implementation outcomes, process improvements, and business impact
  • Align initiatives with business priorities, responsible AI practices, and sustainable work methods
  • Lead Agile team ceremonies, plan sprints, monitor milestones, and ensure disciplined execution
  • Collaborate with business partners, Product Owners, and leadership to advance digital and transformation goals

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects or operational initiatives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
