Job description

SOS RECRUITMENT SERVICES, LLC.

SOS Recruitment Services, LLC — www.sosrecruitment.org

Appointment Setter — Business Development

SOS Recruitment Services, LLC — Remote — Commission-Only — Flexible Hours

ABOUT SOS RECRUITMENT SERVICES

SOS Recruitment Services, LLC is a growing staffing firm specializing in placing top talent with title

companies, mortgage firms, and real estate businesses. We connect skilled professionals — from licensed

escrow officers to front-office staff — with employers across multiple locations. We’re expanding our reach

and looking for a driven, self-motivated Appointment Setter to help us grow.

THE ROLE

This is a remote, commission-only, flexible-hours opportunity. You’ll be the first point of contact for

prospective clients — reaching out to title companies, mortgage offices, and real estate firms to introduce

SOS Recruitment Services and schedule meetings for our founder. You don’t need to close deals — your

job is to open doors.

This is a great fit for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and looking to earn on their

own schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Make outbound calls and send emails to title companies, mortgage offices, and real estate firms

• Introduce SOS Recruitment Services and communicate our value proposition clearly

• Identify the right decision-maker (owner, HR director, office manager) at each company

• Schedule qualified appointments for the founder to meet with prospective clients

• Follow up with warm leads and maintain a simple call log or CRM tracker

• Meet weekly targets for calls made and appointments set

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident, professional phone presence — comfortable making cold and warm calls

• Self-starter who can work independently without daily supervision

• Organized and reliable — tracks follow-ups and doesn’t let leads fall through the cracks

• Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or customer outreach preferred

• Background in real estate, title, mortgage, insurance, or staffing is a strong plus — but not required

• Access to a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only role with two earning opportunities:

• $50 per qualified appointment set that results in a confirmed meeting with a decision-maker

• 5% of SOS’s placement fee on any client that signs a contract originating from your appointment —

placement fees range from $3,500 to $15,000+, meaning your bonus could be $175 to $750+ per

converted client

The more meetings you set, the more you earn — there is no cap on commissions.
